How? As an Insider you always win because you have Rewards at your disposal to reward yourself when and how you want. Additionally, you can Check In as an Insider every time you visit us and win a Bonus which simultaneously contributes to your Check In Streak, enabling you to level up and win an Award-Bottle for every new level you conquer.
Check in as an Insider and win a Bonus with every visit. Simply, entering our business is not considered a visit. You cannot Check In and win a Bonus for Take Away or Delivery orders. For your Check In to be valid, confirmation of your presence in our business for the purpose of Dining In is required, by making any Dine In food or drink order.
In order to Check In, you must be an Insider and scan the QR code you will find at our entrance for this purpose. Once you scan it, spin the 'Check In Bonus' wheel 3 times and pick 1 of the Bonuses you won. Get the confirmation code from your waiter and enter it to claim your Bonus. You can redeem your Bonus on your next visit with your waiter’s help. All Bonuses expire in 14 days and are stored in your Insider account until they are either redeemed or expired, whichever occurs first.
In addition, each Check In contributes to your Check In Streak, enabling you to level up and win Award-Bottles. After you win a Bonus, you are automatically taken to the Check In Streak page where you land at your current level and can see how many check ins you need to maintain a streak and win the award-bottle you see there. The higher the level, the more options you have. As you level up, your bottle options increase and you can choose the bottle you want to win on each level. The purpose of the Check In Streak is to give extra benefits to our extra loyal Insiders.
Insider Status has unlimited levels. You can conquer as many levels as you want and get the Award-Bottles. «Ad victor spolia», meaning «To the conqueror go the spoils», is the Insider Status motto. With every Check In, your bottle automatically fills up by one dose. Each time you break the streak, your bottle empties by one dose. When the bottle fills up completely, you have leveled up which means that you have won the Award-Bottle of that level for immediate or future use. All Award-Bottles expire in 30 days and are stored in your Insider account until they are redeemed or expired, whichever occurs first.
In order to maintain your Streak, you must Check In every 15 days. But because we want to help Insiders win as often as possible, we created Streak Shields to help you maintain your Streak and win the Award-Bottle by leveling up.
Streak Shields protect your bottle automatically when you break your Streak and do not let it empty. You can use as many Shields as you have but never more than 2 consecutive times. This means that if you break your Streak 3 times in a row, only 2 of your Shields will be used to protect your bottle. After you Check In again, only then any remaining Shields you may have can be used to protect your bottle – but always only 2 consecutive Shields at a time.
Next to each bottle, on the 'Check In Streak’ Page, you will find the ‘SEND A DRINK AND WIN 1 SHIELD’ gadget. There, you will find your personal link that you can utilize to treat friends to a drink. Use your personal link or the buttons you will find there to treat your friends to a free drink through social media, text message, Email, Viber, What's App, Messenger, etc. For every friend who becomes an Insider, meaning accepts your treat by clicking on your personal link, you earn 1 Shield! Imagine how many Shields you can earn this way and how many friends you can treat to a drink!
